The Polaris RZR Pro S Valve Cover Gasket seals the joint between the cover and cylinder head. It fits Sport, Premium, and Ultimate models from 2025 through 2026.

Prepare the Cover and Cylinder Head

First, remove the old sealing material without scratching either surface. Then, clean the cover and head before placing the new part.

Also, inspect the cover around its bolt holes and sealing edge. After assembly, tighten the bolts using the Polaris sequence and torque values.
