Had ordered a gasket Fix it kit was missing one gasket in the set, called them on the phone. They addressed the problem and fix the problem within minutes. Great job from the team on handling this with speed and getting me back on the sled.

I purchased a rebuilt engine for Polaris General 1000. First rebuilt failed at start-up, 2nd within 30 miles!
Refused to provide more rebuilds and I lost labor and time. Co refunded money for rebuilt engine and told me to sue them for the rest.
These guys suck, don’t walk… run away!!!
Response from the owner:Thank you for the feedback Rick and we are sorry to hear that your experience is still on your mind two years later. After reviewing your account, this situation dates back to April–May of 2024—nearly two years ago. At that time, we worked closely with you throughout the process and provided clear options to resolve the situation. Specifically, you were offered either: a full refund, or completion of another rebuild within our normal production timeline. Ultimately, a full refund was issued for the engine so you could pursue an alternative solution without further delay. We do want to clarify that while we stand behind our products, labor and downtime are not covered, as is standard across the industry for standalone products. That said, our goal is always to find a fair path forward, which is why the full refund option was provided. We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and we regret the frustration it caused. Since that time, we’ve continued to make improvements to better serve our customers. If you would like to discuss anything further, please feel free to give us a call.
