so im gonna combine my 2 back to back experiences with Rev-6 into one review. first order was a complete rebuild kit for a canam 1000 V-twin, it showed up on time, packed well, and came with everything i expected. only issue i had was i forgot to verify that the rod bolts were torqued sinc crank and rods came pre-assembled so i called Rev-6 and they said it didnt come pretorqued so i ordered another gasket set from them over the phone with 2 day shipping, pulled the motor back out and disassembled it. rod bolts were past 40 ftlbs and torque to yeild so only way to know it was good was to throw Away their bolts and buy new ones from canam. then they sent the gasket set to a mixture of my billing address and shipping address so they never showed up. i contacted Rev-6 multiple times over the following week telling them there was an issue with the shipment but either they blew me off or Fedex blew them off (as a previous Fedex employee it makes a huge difference who you happen to get ahold of) after about 8-10 buisness days Rev-6 did reship my order but sent it Fedex agian with the same errors in the address. all in all my work buggy was down for an extra 3 or 4 weeks to the point i ended up buying another buggy to work out of in the mean time for continues stupid little problems. in the future i feel Rev-6 should put some sort of tag on their preassembled parts specifying if they are torqued and how they are torqued or just ahip the parts dissasembled if they dont want the liability. after all of tha im up to just over 40hrs on the motor and runs good, break in oil came out really nasty at the 2 hr mark (dissasembly for rod bolts) and the 13hr mark. in the future i might consider using them agian as long as i have plenty of time, but since all of this i have ordered a kit to rebuild a polaris from someone else because i wasnt willing to try the drama agian and if i do order from them it will be through the website since the order i typed the addresses into worked fine, i wont order from them over the phone agian because even after making them read it back to me they still got it wrong the second time

Midwest Polaris in eastgate oh pushed this product on me because of there so called 1 year warranty which is a croc. Spent almost 10 k between what mid west Polaris did to my rzr and the cost of there motor. There has been 4 different motors in my rzr since and none of them have been good from the jump. Every motor was put in was bad. All the motor swapping took over a year. Now that the year warranty is up they don’t want to refund the mechanic bill that I have to pay out of pocket that they told me they would and I still don’t have a good motor. Every motor I have gotten put in has back fired and they can’t figure it out so it’s just screw you. I’ve payed $550 a month payments and all these mechanics bills. I also bought a extended warranty when I bought my rzr witch has since lapsed and I have to eat everything because there junk products this has been over a yr and half

I’ve recently had a motor rebuilt shipping was quick and easy and did not take long to get back. I am 100% satisfied with my rebuild and we’ll definitelyuse them again in the future if needed they done a great job and was very informational. through the whole build thanks again to Rev6
