great group of guys to deal with used quite a few engines from them

If I could leave 0 stars I would, this company is absolutely horrible i purchased a transmission from them the end of 24. Had a big event that I was going to mike the sales person os who I was in contact with texting back and fourth. I gave him the Vin what I wanted done to the transmission and paid him the same day 3550.00 Dropped the sxs off at mechanic so he could starting pulling the old transmission out finally got the transmission from rev 6 a week after it was supposed to be shipped out. Brought it to the mechanic 1hr away 45 mins later he calls me says its not the right transmission. I call them back meanwhile there was 2 days left before my trip.. I got ahold of customer service they were as rude as could be telling me they were going to put me on the line with the warranty department im telling them is not a warranty issue that you sent me the wrong transmission. So now im on the phone with someone from warranty he's telling me im going to have to pay to have this transmission shipped back I asked him if he could over night me the right one he said no that they would need my transmission because they would swap parts with another one. I told him that's not possible its the wrong transmission. Asked him again to overnight me the right transmission and I would pay to send my back he told me that's not how this works was rude hung up with me and sent me a warranty claim sheet. So I had no other choice but to go to my local polaris dealership buy another brand new transmission for 3200 luckily they had it in stock so I could make my trip that had been booked for over a year. I had to give the old transmission to the dealership for a core charge so I didnt half to eat another core charge, so now im out the 800.00 core from rev 6. Fast forward get back from my trip get ahold of rev 6 there still saying its a warranty claim and wouldn't let me send the transmission back and refund me my money ,at this point they ignore my phone when I call and won't respond to my emails. And im stuck with a paper weight because I don't even know what model this transmission fits. This is my last ditch effort before seeking legal assistance...

Assembled all components on engine and installed,no problems whatsoever

Purchased an engine April 11 2025,Installed engine locked up on first start up,Went through the BS warranty process for Rev 6 to deny there no questions asked warranty. First reason was it didn’t have a new oil cooler then they decided to assume the oil cooler was installed backwards, Keep in mind there root cause is a assumption

Great service with fair prices. They were really easy to exchange a cylinder that I accidentally ordered for the wrong year. Very nice guys.
