Rev6 Sales Agreement

By submitting this order I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of sale set forth herein with respect to the use of my credit card, e-check or check payment for this order including any related charges that may occur after the sale as listed below. All sales are subject to a core exchange or core charge. If this order is cancelled or returned for any reason after it has been shipped, the Customer will be responsible for round trip freight charges and a 10% restocking fee on new unopened parts. Used or installed parts may not be returned. Please refer to Rev6 Warranty Policy.

Engines typically ship within 1-2 weeks from order date. Lead Time will be quoted at the time of purchase.

Refundable Core Charge Program

All sales are subject to a core exchange or core charge. These costs depend on the type of engine being purchased. Rev6 requires a good core. The core is your old engine. The definition of a good core is having core parts that are able to be remanufactured. All cores must be received by Rev6 within 30 days of your remanufactured engine being shipped to you for a full refund. We do not accept aftermarket parts or ported cylinders/heads/cases. See Core Details for more information. In order for a remanufactured engine to be shipped, Rev6 must have your core on site and processed or a refundable core charge paid in full.

Option 1: Paying the Refundable Core Charge (Preferred Option).
Most customers prefer to pay a refundable core charge so they can receive their remanufactured engine and swap out the new engine for the old one. This refundable core charge is due prior to your scheduled build date. We cannot build your engine if the core charge is not paid in full.
The refundable core charge is the preferred method that allows us to manufacture and ship out your engine without delays.

Option 2: Sending in your engine core prior to build.
Customers are welcome to send in their core prior to their build date if they wish to avoid the refundable core charge. Your engine will not be built until the core has been processed by a Rev6 Technician. Once we receive your core, we can have it processed within 3 business days. If your core has not been received and processed, we will reschedule your build date to a later date that works within your timeline.

Core Exchange Program Details:

Your engine core needs to be received by Rev6 within 30 days of shipment to receive a full refund on your core. After 30 days the following deductions will apply:
Before 30 Days: 100% of eligible refund
Between 30-60 Days: 70% of eligible refund (30% late fee)
Between 60-90 Days: 60% of eligible refund (40% late fee)
Between 90-120 Days: 50% of eligible refund (50% late fee)
After 120 Days: 0% of eligible refund
The reason for the late fees is because we need to remanufacture your core within 30 days of shipment to meet demand. After 30 days, we have to take those refundable core charge dollars and purchase another core to restock our inventory.

If your core is more than 120 days old, you are no longer eligible for a core refund. If you would still like to return your core, Rev6 may be interested in purchasing your core. Please give us a call if you would still like to send us your core.

Please review Section (B) for the warranty guidelines for our premium 1 year warranty included with each Rev6 product. In the event that a Rev6 product with a Platinum Warranty is purchased, the guidelines and the term will change.

A Platinum “No Fault” 2 Year Warranty may be purchased to extend your warranty by an additional 12 months for a total of 2 years (24 months). Our platinum “no fault” warranty also gives you more coverage for your Rev6 product. Pricing for the extended warranty does depend on the type of Rev6 product you purchase. Prices will range from $450-$650. Please review Section (A) for the warranty guidelines for our platinum “no fault” warranty.

Rev6’s obligations hereunder are limited to the repair or replacement of the Rev6 product. All warranty work must be completed by a Rev6 Technician at our location in Springville, Utah. All warranties include one-way shipping. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment to get the Rev6 product back to Rev6.

All warranty claims must be reported to our customer service team within 14 days of the discovery of the defect or problem. When you receive your confirmation of your claim, the Rev6 product must be shipped back to Rev6 within 30 days. You must include a Rev6 Warranty Slip with your Rev6 product. The warranty cannot be processed without the proper documentation being included with the shipment. If the Rev6 product is not received within 30 days of the claim, the claim will be closed.

If you do need to file a warranty claim, we will make every effort to help you get the problem resolved! We value you as a customer and want to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
