The Estimated Build Date will be quoted at the time of purchase and is the date your engine is scheduled to be built by one of the technicians. This is the final stage of the remanufacturing process. Prior to your build date all of the individual parts have been ordered and inspected by a Rev6 technician. Your Build Date is when the final build takes place. Our engines will typically ship the following business day.

Estimated Build Dates are subject to change. Our business is based on a core exchange program. If we do not receive the expected amount of cores or have several returned that are not usable, this can create delays on sourcing additional parts. Occasionally, we also have new parts that are on backorder. The customer would be updated with any parts issues and rescheduled for the next available time. Delays are rare but can happen.

Engines typically ship within 1-2 weeks from order date. Our shipping department receives your engine on the following business day after the final build (estimated build date)

Rev6 uses Fedex Ground services for shipping engines. The customer will be provided with a tracking number.

Fedex Shipping Insurance is available for purchase. Shipping insurance is $48.00 and includes a signature upon delivery. This insurance covers the engine while it is in transit and in the custody of Fedex.

Fedex Ground usually takes 3-5 business days to ship within the United States. The customer will be provided with a tracking number to watch the shipment progress. We recommend you sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager. This application allows you to track your package and give details to FedEx on how you want your engine delivered. All you need to do is Google “FedEx Delivery Manager” and choose “Sign Up Now”.
