Rev6 also offers a 2 year, no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for an additional $450. This means that for two years, we will replace your engine free of charge, no questions asked, if anything happens! We got you covered!

Your new Rev6 engine includes the following features: 

• – Standard 1-year warranty, with a 2-year no-fault warranty option available.
• – Upgraded forged crankshaft assembly for increased internal oil flow, improved tolerances, and a stronger connecting rod.
• – New cylinder assembly.
• – Upgraded forged nitride valves that are stronger, less prone to stretching, and capable of handling higher RPMs.
• – Upgraded manganese bronze valve guides, replacing the factory steel valve guides that tend to wear out, which can lead to excessive oil loss.
• – Rebuilt and machined cylinder head, which has been completely overhauled, decked, the seats cut, shimmed to specifications, and leak-down tested prior to assembly.
• – High-temperature valve stem seals that remain pliable and do not harden due to exposure to excessive cold and heat cycles.
• – Factory intake and exhaust camshafts.
• – Upgraded main crankshaft bearings.
• – Balance shaft bearings.
• – Aftermarket timing chain.
• – Aftermarket oil pump chain.
• – Complete oil pump assembly.
• – Aftermarket chain tensioner.
• – Fully inspected and machined engine cases, tested for journal wear, cracks, holes, or excessive wear.

Core Options: To receive the Rev6 engine, you will need to provide your old core or pay a refundable core charge of $800. If your core is in good condition, the charge is fully refundable! If you have a good core to return, please give us a call. We also offer alternatives if you would like to avoid paying the refundable core charge and would like the new engine first, but this only applies to customers with a qualifying core for exchange.
