Engine Rebuild Service for Polaris ACE 900

The Polaris ACE 900 is built for tight trails and dependable performance, but over time, engine wear can take away from how it runs. If you’re noticing power loss, noise, or inconsistent operation, a full rebuild is the best way to bring it back.

At REV6, we rebuild every engine from the ground up. Your engine is fully disassembled, inspected, machined, and reassembled to OEM spec or better. Once it passes inspection, it’s shipped back ready to install so you can get back to riding with confidence.

Warranty & Confidence

Every REV6 engine includes a 1-year warranty. You can also upgrade to a 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for an additional $450. If something goes wrong, we replace your engine—no questions asked.

What’s Included in Your Engine Rebuild

• All components cleaned, dismantled, inspected, and repaired as needed
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt, and shimmed to manufacturer spec
• Exhaust valve guides replaced with manganese bronze valve guides for improved durability
• Intake valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valves and valve seats recut and vacuum tested for proper sealing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned, polished, and replaced as needed
• Crankshaft inspected and verified within OEM specifications
• New high-babbitt crankshaft main and rod bearings installed
• Cylinders inspected for wear and damage; reconditioned and hone finished as needed
• Moly coated pistons and rings installed
• Timing chain and oil chain inspected and replaced as needed
• Refurbished oil pump assembly
• Fully inspected and machined engine cases for wear, cracks, and damage
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications

Every engine is assembled by one master technician and then inspected by a second technician before it ships. This double inspection ensures everything meets spec.

Core Options

To receive your REV6 engine, you will need to provide your core or pay a refundable $1200 core charge. If your core is in good condition, that charge is fully refunded.
