These Polaris RZR Pro S Piston Rings fit the standard-bore setup used in Sport, Premium, and Ultimate models from 2025 through 2026. The rings seal between the piston and cylinder during engine operation.

Measure Before Installing the Rings

First, inspect and measure the cylinder bore before fitting the new rings. Then, place each ring in the cylinder and check its end gap.

Also, confirm the position and direction of each ring before installing it on the piston. After assembly, verify that every ring moves freely in its groove.
