Yamaha Wolverine RMAX 1000 Top End Rebuild Parts

The Yamaha Wolverine RMAX 1000 Complete Top End Rebuild Kit combines new piston kits and top end gaskets for top end engine service. It is designed for RMAX 1000 2-seat and 4-seat models.

Unlike a top end refresh kit that uses replacement piston rings, this kit includes two complete Standard (STD) piston kits. Therefore, it is the better choice when your rebuild requires new pistons rather than rings alone.

Top End Inspection and Assembly

Before assembly, inspect the cylinders, cylinder head, and sealing surfaces for wear or damage. In addition, confirm the required piston-to-cylinder clearance and ring specifications before installation.

Then, follow the correct Yamaha procedures and torque specifications during top end assembly.
