The Yamaha Wolverine X2 1000 Complete Valve Kit combines replacement intake valves, exhaust valves, and valve stem seals for cylinder head rebuild work. It provides all three valve components in one package when the intake and exhaust sides both require attention.

Complete Kit or Individual Valve Parts?

This package is a good choice when both the intake and exhaust valves require replacement. In addition, it includes eight new valve stem seals for installation during the rebuild.

If you only need one side of the valve train, REV6 also offers a four-piece Wolverine X2 1000 intake valve set and a four-piece Wolverine X2 1000 exhaust valve set.

Inspect the Cylinder Head Before Assembly

While the cylinder head is apart, inspect the valve seats and valve guides for wear or damage. Also, confirm that the remaining valve train components meet the required specifications before assembly.

Then, follow the correct Yamaha procedures for valve installation, valve stem seal installation, and cylinder head assembly.
