The Polaris RZR Pro S Intake Valve Kit fits Sport, Premium, and Ultimate models from 2025 through 2026. It is intended for intake-side valve replacement during cylinder head work.

Inspect the Intake Side Before Assembly

First, check the intake valve seats and guides for wear. Next, inspect the stem seals and remaining head parts.

Also, measure valve-to-guide clearance using the Polaris specs. After installation, check valve seating and final clearance before assembling the cylinder head.
