The Polaris RZR Pro S Exhaust Valve Kit is intended for exhaust-side cylinder head work. It fits Sport, Premium, and Ultimate models from 2025 through 2026.

This Kit Includes

• Exhaust valve kit

Check the Exhaust Side of the Head

First, inspect the valve seats and guides for wear. Then, check the stem seals and other head parts before assembly.

Also, measure the valve-to-guide clearance using the Polaris specs. After installing the valves, verify seating and final clearance before putting the head back together.
