• Cylinder head cleaned, inspected, decked, rebuilt to manufacturer specifications, and quality checked
• Valve guides inspected and replaced when needed
• Valves and valve seats recut and refaced for proper sealing
• Valve sealing verified with a vacuum test
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned, polished, and replaced as needed
• Crankshaft rebuilt, inspected, and verified within OEM specifications
• Engine bearings cleaned and inspected
• Cylinder inspected for wear and damage
• Worn cylinder bored to the next oversize and honed or replaced as required
• New moly-coated piston and piston rings installed
• Timing chain checked for stretch and wear, then replaced as needed
• Oil pump assembly inspected and refurbished
• Engine cases inspected and machined as needed, including checks for journal wear, cracks, holes, and excessive wear
• New gaskets and seals installed
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications
• Final quality control inspection completed before shipment

Rebuild requirements can vary based on the condition of the engine core. Our technicians inspect each engine individually to determine the work required.
