What Your Engine Rebuild Includes

• Complete teardown, cleaning, and inspection of all components
• Crankshaft remanufactured with a new connecting rod and trued
• Cylinder inspected, bored, and honed to the next oversize or replaced
• New moly piston and piston rings
• Cylinder head cleaned, decked, rebuilt, and shimmed to manufacturer specifications
• Manganese bronze exhaust valve guide upgrade for improved durability
• Intake valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valves and seats recut and verified through vacuum testing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned and polished, then replaced if required
• Timing chain and oil pump chain inspected and replaced as needed
• Refurbished oil pump assembly
• Engine cases inspected for journal wear, cracks, or excessive damage
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Final assembly torqued to manufacturer specifications

Two-Technician Quality Control

One REV6 technician completes the engine rebuild and verifies the required measurements and tolerances. Then, a second technician inspects the finished engine before shipment.

Core Options

• Send your core first: Ship your original engine to REV6 for inspection and rebuilding.
• Pay the $800 core charge: Receive a rebuilt engine first when an exchange engine is available.
• Return your original core: REV6 inspects the returned engine before approving the applicable refund.
• Confirm exchange availability: Contact REV6 to verify inventory and core eligibility.

Lead Time and Shipping

Most Ranger 570 engines ship within 5–10 business days after the core arrives. However, inventory and build schedules can change. Contact REV6 for current availability before sending your engine.
