2024–2026 Master Valve Kit for Polaris General XP 1000 Premium/Sport/Ultimate

This Master Valve Kit is designed for cylinder-head repairs that require both valve and guide replacement. REV6 master engine technicians selected and assembled the package for the listed Polaris General XP 1000 trims.

This Kit Includes

• High-temperature valve stem seals

Cylinder-Head Inspection and Setup

Measure valve-stem and guide clearance before assembly. After guide installation, verify the final guide size and valve-seat contact. Also, confirm valve lash using the correct Polaris specifications.

Valve-guide replacement can require specialized cylinder-head tools and machining. Therefore, the head should be inspected and set up by a qualified engine builder.
