Your new REV6 engine includes the following features and upgraded components designed to improve performance and longevity:

• Upgraded forged crankshaft assembly, made from a stronger alloy than the factory version, with an improved heat treatment process.
• Upgraded Forged Connecting Rods with a stronger beam for enhanced longevity.
• New cylinder with a plated silica carbide coating for better heat dissipation and wear resistance.
• Upgraded forged nitride valves that are stronger, less prone to stretching, and capable of handling higher RPMs.
• Upgraded manganese bronze valve guides, replacing the factory steel guides that are prone to wear and excessive oil consumption.
• A rebuilt and machined cylinder head that has been completely overhauled, decked, and leak-down tested to ensure peak performance.
• High-temperature valve stem seals that remain pliable and do not harden from extreme heat and cold cycles.
• Factory intake and exhaust camshafts.
• Upgraded main crankshaft and balance shaft bearings, which provide more protection and feature a babbitt coating.
• Aftermarket timing and oil pump chains.
• Factory timing guides.
• A complete oil pump assembly with a fixed regulator to prevent sticking.
• An aftermarket chain tensioner.
• Engine cases that are fully inspected and machined, then tested for journal wear, cracks, and excessive wear.

To receive your REV6 engine, you must provide your old core or pay a refundable core charge of $1200. If your core is in good condition, the charge is fully refundable!
