The Polaris General 1000 Reverse Chain Kit brings three related reverse-drive parts into one package. Therefore, it is suited for transmission repairs that require the chain, sprocket, and input shaft to be replaced together.

• (1) 48-tooth sprocket
• (1) Remanufactured input shaft

Inspect the Transmission Before Assembly

First, inspect the remaining gears, bearings, seals, and case surfaces while the transmission is open. Next, compare the replacement shaft and sprocket with the removed parts before beginning assembly.
