Polaris RGR/RZR/General 900/1000/925 Cylinder Head Rebuild Upgrade Service
Rev 6 remanufactured cylinder head will include:
- Rev6 upgraded manganese bronze valve guides (keep their size, provide greater heat dissipation, and have a longer lifespan)
- Forged one-piece nitrated valves that outperform OEM in terms of rev count, performance, and lifetime.
- High temperature, high performance valve stem seals.
- Cam caps (modified to allow for more oiling at the top end)
- Rev6 cylinder heads will arrive shimmed and ready to install, complete with cams!

- Receive our shipping label & rebuild form via email
- Put your old cylinder head in a box
- Ship it with our label and rebuild form
Once your cylinder head arrives at Rev6, we will run it through the build process and have it shipped back within 3-4 days of receiving it here.
Cylinder heads will include our Rev6 1 year warranty.
