Rev6 new customer
Thank you for your recent purchase with Rev6 Powersports! We value you as a customer. We hope this information is helpful and provides all of the details your need to have a great experience with your new re-manufactured engine.
Our customer service specialists will keep you updated on the progress of your engine. We contact you a few days before your scheduled build date and at the time of shipment. If you have any questions on the status of your engine, please don’t hesitate to reach out. For a faster response, please text 801-489-8697 or give us a call at 801-489-8697.
Your refundable core charge is due before your scheduled build date. If you prefer to send in your core beforehand, you are welcome to do so. We will need to have your core onsite 2 days prior to your build date. We are required to have the engine torn down and inspected before we can ship out your engine. Most of our customers prefer to have the new engine in hand so they can easily exchange the new remanufactured engine for their old engine. We understand the convenience of doing this which is why we offer the refundable core charge option. This charge is processed and held until we receive your core, its torn down and inspected by a Rev6 technician. When the good core has been inspected, we will process the refund and call you with the findings.

"This is by far the best customer service I have ever had from a repair shop. I must've called Mike about 20 times over the course of 2 weeks picking his brain before I decided on a engine for my rzr. 2 weeks later I received my engine installed it and had no issues started on the first try... Thank you rev6 you've gained a customer for life."
"We are very pleased with our new motor, rev 6 was very responsive and got it done sooner than we planned which saved our hunting trip!"
"Bought my rzr xp1000 engine from them. The engine seems quite a bit stronger then my old one even when i was new. Got a few hours on it now with no issues. They did send gaskets with it."
