Connecting Rod Rebuild Kit for 2009–2019 Polaris Sportsman and Scrambler 850

Replacing connecting rod bearings and bolts during your Polaris Sportsman or Scrambler 850 engine rebuild? This REV6 kit supplies four new connecting rod bolts and four OE-style connecting rod bearings for 2009–2019 models.

Designed and assembled by REV6 master engine technicians, this kit provides the specified replacement components for bottom-end engine work without purchasing a larger rebuild package.

• (4) OE-Style Connecting Rod Bearings

Connecting Rod Bearing and Bolt Replacement

The connecting rod bearings support the connection between the rods and crankshaft journals. During a rebuild, inspect the crankshaft journals and connecting rods for wear before installing replacement bearings.

Check bearing clearances and follow the manufacturer’s connecting rod bolt torque specifications during assembly. This kit contains replacement bearings and bolts only. Connecting rods and a crankshaft are not included.
