.5mm Over Bore Engine Refresh Kit for Polaris Sportsman and Scrambler 850

Refreshing your Polaris Sportsman or Scrambler 850 engine with oversized pistons? This REV6 kit includes two upgraded moly piston kits in a .5mm over bore size, along with crankshaft main bearings, a complete gasket set, oil seals, and O-rings.

The kit is designed and assembled by REV6 master engine technicians for DIY rebuilds and repair shops working on compatible Polaris 850 engines.

Important: Cylinder Machining Required

This is a .5mm over bore kit, not a standard-bore piston replacement. Your cylinders must be machined to accommodate the oversized pistons before installation.

Confirm the required machining and final piston-to-cylinder fitment before beginning assembly. Do not install these pistons into unmachined standard-size cylinders.

Engine Refresh Components for Polaris 850 Models

The two oversized moly piston kits are intended for cylinders machined to the required bore size. Meanwhile, the crankshaft main bearings provide replacement components for the bottom end.

The complete gasket set, oil seal set, and O-ring set supply the included sealing components for reassembly. This kit does not include a replacement crankshaft or cylinder.
