Your New REV6 Engine Includes These Features:

• Standard 1-year warranty, with an optional 2-year no-fault warranty available (details below).
• Upgraded forged crankshaft assembly with improved big end specifications. This also includes enlarged oil galleys for increased oil flow and better lubrication.
• New cylinder with a plated silica carbide coating. This offers superior heat dissipation and longer wear resistance compared to standard steel sleeve cylinders.
• Upgraded forged nitride valves. These are stronger, resist stretching, and handle higher RPMs much better than factory valves.
• Upgraded valve guides. These replace the factory steel guides, which are prone to wear and can cause excessive oil consumption.
• Rebuilt and machined cylinder head. We completely overhaul, deck, cut seats, shim to specifications, and leak-down test each head prior to assembly.
• High-temperature valve stem seals. These remain pliable and resist hardening from extreme heat and cold cycles.
• Upgraded nitrated camshaft. This provides triple the strength compared to factory camshafts, which are prone to failure.
• New upgraded lifters.
• Upgraded main crankshaft bearings. These offer enhanced protection and feature a babbitt coating compared to factory bearings, allowing them to withstand more abuse without premature failure.
• Balance shaft bearings also coated with babbitt for increased durability.
• Modified pressure relief dowel system. This fixes a common factory failure point for improved reliability.
• Water pump mechanical seals.
• Fully inspected and machined engine cases. We meticulously test them for journal wear, cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• Includes **all gaskets & seals** necessary to complete your install.

This means that for two full years, we will replace your engine free of charge, no questions asked, if anything happens! We’ve got you covered.

Core Options: Getting Your REV6 Engine

To receive your new REV6 engine, you have a couple of straightforward options. You will need to either provide your old core engine upfront or pay a refundable core charge of $800.00. If your returned core is in good, rebuildable condition, we will issue a full refund for this charge. If you have a good core ready to return, please give our team a call to arrange the exchange. Additionally, we offer alternatives if you prefer to get your new engine first and avoid the upfront core charge. This option, however, only applies to customers with a pre-qualified core available for exchange. Contact us to discuss your best option.
