Polaris Sportsman 700 Engine Rebuild (2003–2007 Models)

If your 2003–2007 Polaris Sportsman 700 engine is losing compression, knocking under load, or consuming oil, we remanufacture your engine to restore dependable torque and long-term durability. This proven ATV platform deserves a rebuild process that protects its strength and reliability.

Because all machining and assembly are completed in-house, we control bearing clearances, crankshaft alignment, and final torque specifications from teardown to completion.

Warranty Options

Every rebuilt Sportsman 700 engine includes a standard 1-year no-fault warranty. For even greater protection, you may upgrade to our 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for $450.

Your Refurbished REV6 Engine Includes

• Complete teardown, cleaning, and inspection of all components
• Cylinder head cleaned, decked, and rebuilt to manufacturer specifications
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valves and seats recut and verified with vacuum testing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced if required
• Crankshaft inspected and verified within OEM specifications; rebuilt with new rods if necessary
• Crankshaft main journal bearings and balance shaft bearings replaced with new high-babbitt coated bearings
• Worn cylinders replaced with refurbished, hone-finished nikasil coated cylinders
• New moly-coated pistons and piston rings
• Engine cases fully inspected and tested for journal wear, cracks, or excessive wear
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Final assembly torqued to manufacturer specifications

Core Options

To receive your rebuilt engine, send in your original core or pay a refundable $800 core charge. If your core is returned in rebuildable condition, the full amount is refunded.
