Yamaha Wolverine RMAX 1000 Top End Rebuild Parts
The Yamaha Wolverine RMAX 1000 Master Top End Rebuild Kit combines the piston, valve, and gasket components needed for top end engine work. It is designed for RMAX 1000 2-seat and 4-seat models.
Because this Master Kit includes both intake and exhaust valves, it provides broader cylinder head coverage than a piston-and-gasket refresh. In addition, two Standard (STD) piston kits are included for the cylinders.

Top End and Cylinder Head Inspection
Before assembly, inspect the cylinders, cylinder head, valve guides, and valve seats for wear or damage. Also, check all mating surfaces before installing the new gaskets and pistons.
During assembly, follow the correct Yamaha specifications for piston clearance, ring installation, valve service, torque values, and timing.
