Yamaha Wolverine RMAX 1000 Engine Rebuild Parts
The Yamaha Wolverine RMAX 1000 Master Engine Rebuild Kit combines the rotating assembly, pistons, valves, bearings, sealing parts, and timing components for extensive engine work. It is designed for RMAX 1000 2-seat and 4-seat models.
This Master Kit adds four intake valves and four exhaust valves to the components found in the Complete Kit. Therefore, it provides broader coverage when the cylinder head also requires new valves.

Master Kit vs. Complete Engine Kit
The Master Kit includes four intake valves and four exhaust valves for additional cylinder head coverage. If your existing valves remain serviceable, consider the RMAX 1000 Complete Kit without replacement valves instead.
Inspect the Engine Before Assembly
Before assembly, inspect the cylinders, cylinder head, valve seats, valve guides, engine cases, and bearing surfaces for wear or damage. In addition, confirm the correct piston and bearing clearances before installing the new parts.
Also, inspect the valve train and confirm the required valve specifications. Then, follow the correct Yamaha procedures for engine timing, torque values, and final assembly.
