The Yamaha Wolverine RMAX 1000 Complete Engine Rebuild Kit combines the rotating assembly, pistons, bearings, sealing parts, and timing components for extensive engine service. It is designed for RMAX 1000 2-seat and 4-seat models.

Unlike the standard rebuild package, this Complete Kit adds a crankshaft and two connecting rod kits. In addition, it includes two Standard (STD) piston kits for broader rebuild coverage.

Complete Kit vs. Standard Rebuild Kit

This package includes the crankshaft and connecting rod kits for more extensive engine work. If your existing crankshaft and connecting rods remain serviceable, consider the RMAX 1000 kit without the crankshaft and rods instead.

Inspect Engine Components Before Assembly

Before assembly, inspect the cylinders, engine cases, bearing surfaces, and cylinder head for wear or damage. Also, confirm the correct piston and bearing clearances before installing the new components.

Then, follow the correct Yamaha procedures and specifications for bearing clearances, piston installation, engine timing, torque values, and final assembly.
