• We clean and polish camshafts, lobes, and journals, and replace them when needed

Bottom End & Rotating Assembly

• We rebuild, inspect, and verify the crankshaft within OEM specifications
• We inspect and clean all bearings
• We inspect and machine engine cases, then test them for journal wear, cracks, holes, or excessive wear

Cylinder & Internal Components

• We inspect the cylinder block for damage
• If the bore shows wear or damage and requires replating or sleeving, additional fees will apply
• We replace pistons with new pistons and rings
• We inspect the timing chain for stretch and wear, then replace it as needed

Final Assembly

• We replace all gaskets and seals
• We assemble the engine and torque everything to the manufacturer’s specifications
