• Crankshaft refurbished
• Cylinder inspected for damage, bored and honed to the next oversize or replaced as needed
• New piston and rings installed
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed
• Oil pump assembly refurbished
• Engine cases fully inspected for cracks, holes, or excessive wear
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications
• Final quality control inspection before shipment
