Low compression, poor sealing, or damaged valve faces may point to cylinder head wear. This kit covers 2024-2026 Polaris RZR XP 1000 models requiring replacement valves on both the intake and exhaust sides.

Inspect the Cylinder Head Before Installation

Check the valve seats, guides, and cylinder head surfaces before installing the new components. In addition, measure valve guide clearance and inspect the surrounding valve train. Follow the correct cylinder head procedures when checking valve sealing and completing assembly.

Compare the RZR XP 1000 Valve Kits
