Moreover, you can purchase an optional 2-year, no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for an additional $450. This means we will replace your engine free of charge if anything happens! Your new Rev6 engine includes the following features:

• An Upgraded forged crankshaft assembly made from a stronger alloy than the factory version, featuring an improved heat treatment process.
• A New cylinder with a plated silica carbide coating, which offers better heat dissipation and longer wear resistance compared to steel sleeve cylinders.
• Upgraded forged nitride valves that are stronger, less prone to stretching, and capable of handling higher RPMs compared to factory valves.
• Upgraded manganese bronze valve guides, replacing the factory steel guides that are prone to wear and can lead to excessive oil consumption.
• A Rebuilt and machined cylinder head that has been completely overhauled, decked, seats cut, shimmed to specifications, and leak-down tested prior to assembly.
• High-temperature valve stem seals that remain pliable and do not harden due to exposure to extreme heat and cold cycles.
• Factory intake and exhaust camshafts.
• Upgraded main crankshaft bearings, which provide more protection and feature a babbitt coating compared to factory bearings. These can withstand more abuse without premature failure.
• Balance shaft bearings also coated with babbitt.
• Aftermarket timing chain and aftermarket oil pump chain.
• Factory timing guides.
• A Complete oil pump assembly with a fixed regulator to prevent sticking. This issue can cause improper oil pressure and lead to premature engine failure.
• An Aftermarket chain tensioner.
• Fully inspected and machined engine cases, tested for journal wear, cracks, holes, or excessive wear.

Core Options

To receive your Rev6 engine, you must provide your old core or pay a refundable core charge of $1500.00. The charge is fully refundable if your core is in good, rebuildable condition. If you have a good core to return, please give us a call. We also offer alternatives if you would like to avoid paying the refundable core charge and would like the new engine first. This option only applies to customers with a qualifying core for exchange.
