Your new Rev6 engine includes the following features: 

• – Standard 1-year warranty, with an optional 2-year no-fault warranty available.
• – Upgraded forged crankshaft assembly with better big end specs, increased oil output via enlarged oil galleys for more oil flow and increased lubrication
• – New cylinder with a plated silica carbide coating, which offers better heat dissipation and longer wear resistance compared to steel sleeve cylinders.
• – Upgraded forged nitride valves that are stronger, less prone to stretching, and capable of handling higher RPMs compared to factory valves.
• – Upgraded valve guides, replacing the factory steel guides that are prone to wear, which can lead to excessive oil consumption.
• – Rebuilt and machined cylinder head that has been completely overhauled, decked, seats cut, shimmed to specifications, and leak-down tested prior to assembly.
• – High-temperature valve stem seals that remain pliable and do not harden due to exposure to extreme heat and cold cycles.
• – Upgraded nitrated camshaft, providing triple the strength, compared to factory camshafts that are prone to failure
• New upgraded lifters
• – Upgraded main crankshaft bearings, which provide more protection and feature a babbitt coating compared to factory bearings, allowing them to withstand more abuse without premature failure.
• – Balance shaft bearings also coated with babbitt.
• Modified pressure relief dowel system, fixing the factory failure point.
• – Complete oil pump assembly
• Water pump mechanical seals
• – Fully inspected and machined engine cases, tested for journal wear, cracks, holes, or excessive wear.

Core Options: To receive the Rev6 engine, you will need to provide your old core or pay a refundable core charge of $800.00. If your core is in good condition, the charge is fully refundable! If you have a good core to return, please give us a call. We also offer alternatives if you would like to avoid paying the refundable core charge and would like the new engine first, but this only applies to customers with a qualifying core for exchange.
