Valve Shim and Bucket Conversion Kit for the 2018-2024 Polaris Ranger 570
The Polaris Ranger 570 Shim Bucket Conversion Kit is intended for cylinder head work that requires a bucket-and-shim valve-train setup. It fits models from 2018 through 2024.
This Kit Includes
- (4) DLC-coated buckets
- (4) DLC-coated retainers
- Complete shim kit with all sizes
Set Valve Clearance During Assembly
First, keep the buckets, retainers, and shims organized during installation. Then, measure the valve clearance using the Polaris procedure.
Next, choose the required shim size for each valve position. After assembly, rotate the engine as directed and recheck every clearance measurement.
