Polaris General 1000 Transmission Rebuild by REV6

A worn or damaged transmission can take your Polaris General 1000 out of service. REV6 rebuilds your transmission with a complete teardown, internal component inspection, an HD pinion plate, and gear lash/mesh set to specification.

Our technicians inspect the original transmission core before rebuilding the unit. Each transmission also receives a second quality control inspection before shipment.

Every rebuild begins with an inspection of your supplied transmission core. Our technicians disassemble and clean the transmission, evaluate internal components, and complete the required rebuilding work.

Double Inspection Quality Control

REV6 uses a two-stage inspection process for its rebuilt transmissions. First, a master technician completes the rebuild and checks the internal components and assembly.

Next, a second technician performs the final quality control inspection. This additional review helps verify the completed transmission before shipment.

General 1000 Transmission Core Requirements

A rebuildable transmission core is required. REV6 inspects your original transmission to determine its condition and rebuild eligibility.

If you do not send your core before receiving an available exchange transmission, a refundable core charge may apply. Core refunds depend on the condition of the returned unit and the applicable return requirements.
