The 2017-2024 RZR 900 Refresh Kit supplies the sealing, bearing, and piston-ring components listed below. It is intended for an engine refresh where the crankshaft, cylinder, pistons, and other major components remain reusable after inspection.

Measure the existing components before ordering. This kit does not include a crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, cylinder, valves, or cam chain.

Checks to Make Before Assembly

Inspect the cylinder bores for scoring, taper, and excessive wear. In addition, measure the piston-to-cylinder clearance and verify piston-ring end gaps according to the Polaris service specifications.

Check the crankshaft journals and engine cases before installing the main bearings. Then, verify bearing clearance and inspect the balance shaft and its related surfaces. New bearings cannot correct a damaged journal, worn housing, or distorted engine case.
