Description
2015–2023 Kawasaki Mule Pro-FX 820 Engine Rebuilding
When internal engine wear affects your Kawasaki Mule Pro-FX 820, REV6 rebuilds your original engine to address worn components, cylinder damage, and sealing problems.
Our technicians disassemble and inspect the engine, rebuild the cylinder head, refurbish the crankshaft, and machine the cylinder block as required. We restore and reuse OEM components when they meet rebuilding specifications.
Core Build Only: This engine rebuild requires your original Kawasaki Mule Pro-FX 820 engine. REV6 must receive your engine core before inspection and rebuilding can begin.

Cylinder Block Machining and Crankshaft Rebuilding
REV6 inspects the Mule Pro-FX 820 cylinder block before machining. Depending on its condition, the block may be bored and honed to the next oversize or re-sleeved.
The crankshaft is refurbished as part of the rebuilding process. New pistons and rings are installed, while the remaining internal components are evaluated for wear and damage.
Cylinder Head Rebuilding and Valve Sealing
The cylinder head is cleaned, inspected, decked, and rebuilt to manufacturer specifications. Valve guides are checked and replaced when necessary.
REV6 recuts or refaces the valves and valve seats, then uses a vacuum test to verify sealing. Camshaft lobes and journals are also inspected and polished, with replacement performed as needed.
