The Kawasaki Mule Pro-FX 820 works hard, and when the engine fails, you need a rebuild you can rely on. That’s where REV6 comes in. We remanufacture every Mule Pro-FX engine from 2015–2023 with precision machining that restores smooth power and extend reliability. What does your rebuild include?

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• Cylinder block is inspected for damage, bored and honed to the next oversize or re-sleeved.
• Pistons replaced with a new pistons and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished oil pump assembly.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!

Please note: This is a core build engine only, which means Rev6 requires your engine here for rebuild.

REV6 protects every Mule Pro-FX build with a 1-year warranty. You can also upgrade to our Platinum 2-year “No Fault” plan for even more coverage. Once you send in your old engine, we will begin your remanufacture service. For shipping steps and return info, check our help center.
