Every rebuild starts with your engine core. After it arrives at REV6, our technicians inspect the major components, complete the necessary machining, rebuild the engine, and perform a final quality inspection before it is returned to you.

• Transmission and shift assembly inspection
• Clutch assembly inspection
• Bottom-end bearing inspection
• Oil pump inspection and rebuilding as needed
• Engine case inspection for journal wear, cracks, and damage

Every engine arrives in a different condition. If damaged or unusable components are found during inspection, we’ll contact you with recommendations before any additional work is completed.
