Description
Kawasaki Teryx4 750 Engine Rebuild Service
The Teryx4 750 is built for dependable riding, but over time, engine wear can lead to reduced performance, rough operation, or loss of consistency. Instead of chasing small issues, a full rebuild restores the engine so it runs smooth and reliable again.
At REV6, we completely tear down your engine, inspect every component, and correct wear where needed. Then we rebuild it using proper tolerances and refreshed internals. As a result, your machine is ready for steady, dependable use on the trail.

Built for Consistent Operation
Once we restore proper sealing and clearances, the engine runs smoother and delivers steady power. Because of that, your Teryx4 stays reliable whether you’re riding with passengers or putting in long hours on the trail.
Double Inspection Process
One technician builds your engine, and then another checks every detail before it ships. This extra step helps ensure everything meets our standards.
Warranty Coverage
Every engine includes a 1-year warranty. In addition, you can upgrade to a 2-year no-fault plan for extra protection.

Core Options
This rebuild requires either your engine core or a refundable $1800 core deposit. Once your core passes inspection, we return the deposit in full. If the core has damage beyond normal wear, deductions may apply.
If you prefer, you can send your core in first to avoid the deposit. We’ll inspect it and confirm the next steps.
