John Deere Gator XUV825M S4 Engine 2022–2025

Get your Gator back to peak performance with a fully remanufactured engine from REV6. This build uses upgraded and tested components designed for strength, smooth operation, and long-lasting reliability. Every engine is carefully inspected and built to outperform stock standards.

Please note: This is a core build engine only, which means Rev6 requires your engine here for rebuild.

What does your rebuild include?

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• Cylinder block is inspected for damage, bored and honed to the next oversize or replaced.
• Pistons replaced with a new pistons and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!

This is a Build Core Engine, not an out-of-the-box ready-to-install unit. A solid, rebuildable core is required before shipping. During the remanufacturing process, your engine is completely torn down, cleaned, machined, and rebuilt using premium new and refurbished components.
