Engine Features & Rebuild Process

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade
• OEM parts restored and reused whenever possible
• All OEM parts inspected and refurbished to guarantee high-quality internals that keep your machine running reliably
• All components cleaned, dismantled, inspected, and repaired as needed

Top End & Cylinder Head Work

• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, shimmed to manufacturer spec, and put through quality inspection
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• High-temperature valve stem seals installed
• Valves and valve seats recut and refaced to ensure a tight seal, verified with a vacuum test
• Camshafts, lobes, and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed

Bottom End & Rotating Assembly

• Refurbished crankshaft
• New high-babbitt crankshaft and rod bearings
• Fully inspected engine cases tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear

Cylinder & Internal Components

• Cylinder inspected for damage, bored and honed to the next oversize, or replated
• Pistons replaced with new pistons and rings
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed
• Refurbished oil pump assembly

Final Assembly

• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications

• Full Refund: If your returned core meets inspection standards, the full $800 is refunded.
• Core Exchange Option: For qualifying customers, an engine can be shipped first before sending your core.
