Engine Features & Rebuild Process

• Valve and seat recut and refacing to ensure a tight seal, followed by vacuum verification
• Camshaft, lobe, and journal cleaning and polishing, with replacement when needed

Bottom End & Rotating Assembly

• Refurbished crankshaft
• New high-babbitt crankshaft and rod bearings installed
• Engine case inspection and testing for cracks, holes, or excessive wear

Cylinder & Internal Components

• Cylinder inspection for damage
• Boring and honing to the next oversize or replating when required
• Piston replacement with new pistons and rings
• Timing chain inspection for stretch and wear, replaced as needed
• Oil pump assembly refurbished

Final Assembly

• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Engine assembly and torque to manufacturer specifications
