ENGINE FEATURES & REBUILD PROCESS

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high-quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected, and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, shimmed to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• High-temperature valve stem seals installed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure a tight seal, verified with a vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• New high-babbitt crankshaft and rod bearings.
• Cylinder inspected for damage, bored and honed to the next oversize, or replated.
• Pistons replaced with new pistons and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished oil pump assembly.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you! Our engines undergo a thorough multiple inspections by master technicians and pass a stringent quality control process. We have over 60+ years of combined experience in the powersports industry.

CORE OPTIONS

To receive your Rev6 engine, you must send in your old core or pay a refundable $800 core charge. If your core meets inspection standards, you receive a full refund. If you want your engine shipped before sending your core, we can offer a core-exchange option for qualifying customers.
