If your Renegade 800 engine has lost power, is burning oil, or is developing bottom-end noise, this rebuild service brings it back to life. Top End & Cylinder Head Work

• Cylinder heads inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, and shimmed to manufacturer specifications
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• High-temperature valve stem seals installed
• Valves and valve seats recut and verified with vacuum testing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced when required

Bottom End & Rotating Assembly

• Refurbished crankshaft
• New high-babbitt crankshaft and rod bearings installed
• Engine cases fully inspected and tested for cracks, wear, and structural integrity

Cylinder & Internal Components

• Cylinders inspected for damage
• Bored and honed to the next oversize or replated when required
• New pistons and rings installed
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed
• Refurbished oil pump assembly

Final Assembly

• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications
