Rebuilding the top end of your Polaris Ranger 570? This REV6 Complete Top End Overhaul Kit includes an upgraded piston, forged nitrite intake and exhaust valves, and a complete top end gasket kit for 2018–2024 models.
The gasket kit includes multiple versions of certain gaskets to accommodate differences across the listed model years. REV6 master engine technicians design and assemble our engine rebuild kits for customers and repair shops.

Complete Top End Gasket Kit with Multiple Gasket Versions
The included gasket kit contains two versions of the head gasket, cylinder base gasket, and exhaust gasket to accommodate differences across the 2018–2024 Polaris Ranger 570 year range.
This allows you to select the appropriate gasket version for your engine configuration during assembly.
Installation Note: Match the supplied gaskets to your specific model year and engine configuration. The alternate gasket versions are included for compatibility and are not intended to be installed together.
Upgraded Piston and Forged Intake and Exhaust Valves
The upgraded piston is included for top-end replacement work. The kit also supplies two forged nitrite intake valves and two forged nitrite exhaust valves.
