HD Crankshaft, Forged Rods and Moly Pistons

The HD twin crankshaft is included with two forged connecting rods and two upgraded moly pistons. The kit also supplies crankshaft main bearings, balance shaft bearings, and connecting rod bearings.

Correct bearing selection is important during assembly. Provide your case, rod, and crank numbers to REV6 so our team can calculate the required bearings.

OEM Crankcase, Cylinder and Valve Components

This Master Engine Rebuild Kit includes an OEM crankcase and cylinder, making it different from rebuild kits that require you to reuse those components.

Four intake valves and four exhaust valves are also included. Inspect the existing cylinder head and related valve train components before completing the rebuild.

Timing Components, Gaskets and Seals

The timing chain and oil pump chain are supplied with the complete gasket and seal kit. These components are included for engine reassembly alongside the rotating assembly and cylinder components.

Follow the applicable Polaris engine specifications when checking clearances, setting timing, and assembling the engine.
