A full rebuild brings everything back into balance. At REV6, we tear the engine down completely, inspect every component, and correct wear across the entire system so it runs smoothly and responds the way it should.

What Gets Rebuilt

This rebuild focuses on restoring sealing, clearances, and overall engine function.

• Complete teardown and inspection of all internal components
• Cylinder head rebuilt, cleaned, decked, and shimmed to specification
• Exhaust valve guides upgraded with manganese bronze material
• Intake valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valves and seats recut and vacuum tested for proper sealing
• Camshaft components cleaned, polished, and inspected
• Crankshaft verified within OEM tolerances
• New high-babbitt main and rod bearings installed
• Cylinders inspected and reconditioned to restore proper finish
• New moly-coated pistons and rings installed
• Timing chain and oil chain inspected and serviced
• Refurbished oil pump assembly
• Engine cases inspected and machined where required
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Final assembly torqued to factory specifications

Core Options

To receive your engine, you can send in your core or use the refundable $1500 core option. Once your core passes inspection, the deposit is returned.
