Description
Engine Rebuild Service for Can-Am Outlander 400 (2003–2015)
The Can-Am Outlander 400 is built to work, but after years of use, engines start to show it. If you’re dealing with low compression, oil consumption, or engine noise, it’s time to rebuild it the right way.
We take your engine, tear it down completely, inspect every component, and rebuild it to OEM spec or better. Then we ship it back ready to install so you can get back to riding or working without second-guessing the build.
Warranty & Confidence
We stand behind every engine with a 1-year warranty. You can also upgrade to a 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for an additional $450. If something happens, we replace your engine—no questions asked.
Every engine goes through a strict quality control process. From teardown to final inspection, our team focuses on building engines that hold up over time.

Quality Control Process
Every engine is built by a master technician and then inspected by a second technician before it ships. This double inspection process ensures everything meets spec before it leaves our shop.
Our team brings over 60 years of combined experience in Powersports engines, so you’re getting a proven rebuild—not guesswork.
Core Requirement
This is a core-based rebuild service. To receive your REV6 engine, you will need to send in your engine or pay a refundable $1200 core charge.
If your core is rebuildable, that charge is fully refunded. If you have a qualifying core, we can also offer options to receive your rebuilt engine first. Contact us to go over your options.
