Polaris Sportsman 570 Engine Rebuild (2021–2026)

If your 2021–2026 Polaris Sportsman 570 engine has lost power, developed internal noise, or started consuming oil, we rebuild your original engine to restore factory-level performance.

Before You Buy — Please Verify Your Crankshaft and Cylinder Head Type

This crankshaft replace OEM part number 2206356. The tapered end of the crankshaft has a diameter of 25mm, just behind the threaded end for the flywheel. The cylinder head is OEM part number 3022860. The exhaust port uses a flat graphite gasket with the header pipe mounting flush against the cylinder head. Please confirm your crankshaft MAG end diameter and exhaust port. Polaris made changes to the crankshaft in 2017, but the cylinder head has mixed use starting in 2021. We recommend to confirm these parts are correct for your specific machine prior to purchase.

• Valves and seats recut and verified with vacuum testing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced if required
• Timing chain and oil pump chain inspected and replaced as needed
• Refurbished oil pump assembly
• Engine cases fully inspected and machined
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Final assembly torqued to manufacturer specifications

Core Options

To receive your rebuilt engine, send in your original core or pay a refundable $800 core charge. If your core qualifies, the charge is fully refunded.

Every REV6 engine includes a standard 1-year no-fault warranty. For additional protection, upgrade to our 2-year no-fault plan for $450. With the extended plan, we replace your engine for any reason, no questions asked.
