Polaris Sportsman 570 Engine Rebuild (2021–2026)
REV6 rebuilds your Polaris Sportsman 570 engine with a remanufactured crankshaft, new moly piston, rebuilt cylinder head, and inspected internal components. Our technicians handle machining, assembly, and quality control in-house.
Important: Verify Your Engine Before Purchasing
Polaris used different crankshaft and cylinder head configurations across these years. Confirm both of the following:
- Crankshaft: OEM reference 2206356. The tapered MAG end measures 25mm directly behind the flywheel threads.
- Cylinder head: OEM reference 3022860. Uses a flat graphite exhaust gasket with the header mounting flush against the head.
Cylinder head variations appear in 2021 and later models. Model year alone does not confirm fitment. Call REV6 at (801) 489-8697 if you need help verifying your engine.
What Your REV6 Engine Rebuild Includes
- Complete teardown, cleaning, and inspection
- Remanufactured crankshaft with new connecting rod, trued to specification
- Cylinder bored and honed to the next oversize or replaced as needed
- New moly piston and piston rings
- Cylinder head cleaned, decked, rebuilt, and shimmed to manufacturer specifications
- Manganese bronze exhaust valve guide upgrade
- Intake valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
- Valves and seats recut and vacuum tested
- Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned, polished, or replaced as needed
- Timing chain and oil pump chain inspected and replaced as needed
- Refurbished oil pump assembly
- Engine cases inspected and machined as required
- All gaskets and seals replaced
- Final assembly torqued to manufacturer specifications
Rebuild work may vary based on your engine’s condition. Each engine is assembled by a REV6 technician and inspected by a second technician before shipment.
Core Requirements, Warranty and Lead Time
- Core: Send your original engine or select the refundable $800 core charge. Refunds depend on core eligibility.
- Warranty: Standard 1-year no-fault warranty with an optional 2-year no-fault upgrade for $450.
- Lead time: Typically 5–10 business days. Call to confirm current availability.
