The Polaris RZR 800 Valve Kit also fits the listed Ranger 800 engines. Both applications use the same intake valves, exhaust valves, and intake-side valve stem seals supplied in this package.

• (2) Exhaust valves
• (2) High-temperature valve stem seals

Why This Kit Includes Two Stem Seals

This Polaris 800 engine uses the supplied stem seals on the intake valve guides. Therefore, the kit includes two seals for the two intake valves rather than one seal for every valve.

Check the Cylinder Head Before Assembly

First, inspect the valve guides and seats for wear. Next, verify valve-to-seat contact and set the required valve clearance during cylinder-head assembly.

• Inspect the intake and exhaust valve guides
• Check each valve seat for damage
• Verify valve-to-seat contact
• Install the two stem seals on the intake guides
• Set valve clearance to the required specification
