This Complete tier brings standard-bore cylinder replacement into the same rebuild as the rotating assembly. REV6 master engine technicians select and assemble the package for the listed Polaris General XP 1000 trims.

Engine Measurement and Setup

Inspect the engine cases, bearing locations, oil passages, and cylinder-head sealing surface before assembly. Next, measure the crankshaft journals, rod clearances, bearing clearances, and crankshaft end play.

Verify piston clearance and piston-ring end gaps using the specifications supplied with the components. Then, check the timing and oil pump drive alignment before closing the engine.
