RZR Pro S Turbo Rebuild Service
Send the turbocharger from your 2025-2026 Polaris RZR Pro S Sport, Premium, or Ultimate to REV6 for professional rebuilding. Our technicians disassemble and clean your turbo before rebuilding it with stronger components, new seals, and the specified upgrades.
Important: This is a rebuild service, not a new turbocharger. You will need to send your existing turbo to REV6 to complete the service.

Send Your RZR Pro S Turbo to REV6
Purchase the service first. REV6 will email you a prepaid shipping label along with boxing instructions for your turbo. Package it according to those instructions, then drop it off with FedEx for shipment to REV6.
Once your turbo arrives, the rebuild process has a 7-10 business day turnaround. REV6 will then send the fully assembled and adjusted turbo back to you.
